Bookie Scalper Review - Scam?

So a new system is being released just in time for a busy period of betting over the coming weeks. This system is not to be confused with the betting scalper as these are two completely different systems made by 2 different people. This system is a horse racing system that works with betfair, which presumably means it is a laying system. The system claims that in the last 18 months of using this system that they have managed to make a steady 30pts profit every month. Meaning if you were betting at 10GBP a point you would have made 300GBP a month, 100GBP would net 3000GBP etc. etc. As always with systems of this nature I will buy it and trial it out, paper trading at first, and then I will start using real money if the paper trading is successful.
